Business OwnerIn 1990, I started my career in property as an agent for Home Builders’ Property Developers, specializing in plot-and-plan. Seven years later I opened Grey Properties, the company behind the first show house in Parklands. Here, I sold more than 3000 homes in the area. I have been involved in the Big Bay developments from inception doing not only marketing but also liaising with developers on pricing and design. With a total value of over R450 million worth of property sold. After the success of the Big Bay development I bought a Rawson Franchise in 2007, where again I sold property in Parklands and surrounds before selling the franchise in 2009. With 21 years of experience, dealing with clients of all income levels, I am certain that I can find a solution to any customer’s needs. Focusing on lifestyle living, I will be selling property in the Atlantic Beach and Big Bay areas as well as Melkbosstrand and Duynefontein. I was going to reopen Grey Properties, but after doing an intensive market survey it was apparent that the clientele I am going to deal with would be looking for a brand that has not only national status but also international status. Further to this survey I also looked at all the brands that were available that could offer my clients exactly that. The only brand that stood out for me was Harcourts.
