We started in the Real Estate Industry around 1994 and served our candidate’s apprenticeship with a Durban Real Estate Agency. After several years we opened up our own company, which over the years expanded from one to four offices with 17 agents operating within the Durban area. Since moving to the Cape we have worked and managed the sales division of two well known agencies. In April 2012 we joined Harcourts Sterling in Sea Point, Dee being appointed as the branch Sales Manager. Over the years, we have attended many real estates seminars and courses and achieved a number of sales awards and certificates. During 2006 and 2007 Dee undertook several specialist courses with UCT and obtained certificates in Sectional Title Scheme Management and Sectional Title Specialist Realtor with distinction. Real Estate is a big part of our life, we enjoy people and working as a husband and wife team we are able to give a good deal of time to sales and rentals. We obtain a great deal of satisfaction in assisting people to invest in the right property and take pride that many of our clients, still come back to us and have referred many others to us over the years
