Anita Malouw

I have been in property for the last ten years and I am still passionate about the industry. I truly believe that property still remains one of the best investments. I have been selling mostly residential property but I am looking at moving to the commercial side as well. I know I have achieved my goal when I am able to find buyers their ideal home and seeing a happy, satisfied client is so rewarding. I have mostly sold properties in Gelvandale, Young Park, Kensington and Chatty areas. I would also like to move into the development side of the property industry.

Gerry Murray

Gerry has been involved in the Port Elizabeth Real Estate Industry since passing the CEAB (Certificate of Estate Agents Board) exam in 1986. Starting out in Residential Sales, he has also worked in Commercial/Industrial, Business and special projects. Gerry has worked in the valuation field and was appointed Appraiser by the Minister of Justice in 1995. He has operated as a Principal and as such brings together all this experience to provide our clients with the peace of mind of professional service at all times.

I have joined Harcourts Alpha as I would like to help my buyers find their dream home. I strive to communicate with my sellers on a regular basis regarding the sale of their property. I have a world of contacts which is vital when assisting buyers and sellers. I believe in assisting my buyers making sure that their decision to buy is a good investment and that they choose wisely.

Having moved to Port Elizabeth in 2005, I come from the construction field of business. I have a Degree in BA Psych and hail from Ghana. Although new to the property industry I make it up with commitment and enthusiasm.

I have a BA in Social Work, as working with people is close to my heart. I also have family linked to the Property Industry and as such am passionate about this industry. I have supplied a service to the elderly in Port Elizabeth for the past 10 years, providing assistance wherever needed, and will carry this through to all my property clients.

I recently joined Harcourts Alpha at the end of 2011. I have a lifetime passion for houses. I spent 8 years in England where I was involved in taking on a rundown, lifeless house and rejuvenating it to a modern bright house full of beauty. I was able to see the potential in that property and shared my vision with my husband. When we were ready to leave the UK, we had no hassel in selling our property and within 3.5 months all was done and dusted. Being a Property/ Sales consultant is all I want to do, I am hard working, determined and only give up once there is a "Sold" sign.
