Albie Timmerman

M.I.E.S.A ; E.A.B.E : CRS (SA) Principal He started in the real estate industry as an Estate agent in November 1987 with Rowney & Rennie. After Three and a half years he moved to Natal Property consultants as a Principal and Shareholder. Two and a half years thereafter Rowney & Rennie Homenet, restructured and he moved across as a Principal and Partner. The name then changed to Homenet 1st Realtors, and recently to Harcourts 1st Realtors and today there are two partners being Charmaine Strydom and Albie. Over the years he has attended numerous courses, seminars and conferences, and continually keeps himself updated with the training to run a successful estate agency. He enjoys being active and runs and cycles most days. He also likes traveling. The industry has become a lot more professional and he prides himself in giving ethical service, and works hard at putting his clients first. In accordance with the new educational requirements, Albie has completed his NQF L5.

Charmaine Strydom

Beginning her real estate career in 2003 Charmaine quickly established a successful career in sales, specializing in bank repossessions. Charmaine often assisted distressed sellers in saving their homes from going on auction by offering them choices they could pursue. In 2006 she became a principal in the business and has built up a huge referral network of loyal clients who have recognized her ethical standards and her core values that she displays on a daily basis. Charmaine is is a graduate of the Homenet training academy, and has done numerous courses to keep her abreast in the industry. Charmaine has sucessfully completed her NQF L5 in Real Estate. In her spare time she loves renovating properties and watching cricket and rugby.

Irene Dick

Johan Schmidt

Johan was born in Pietermaritzburg and received his education at Voortrekker and Tech. His first Career with Telkom spanned for 30 years, in the admin / HR Environment. Johan is a very keen sports follower (all sports), his love for especially Rugby and Cricket took him through very enjoyable times with Maritzburg old boys and Collegians Rugby clubs, as well as Telepost Cricket Club. Johan has been in the property market for 12 years (all at Harcourts 1st Realtors)

Kim Shaw

Kim joins us as a rookie agent, she shows a great interest in Real Estate, and is willing to help wherever she can. Kim is a quick learner and she excels at everything she does. Laurra, has been in the property industry for many years, she specialises in selling in the sourrounding areas of the Pietermaritzburg CBD. Laurra has a reputation for looking after her clients very well and turning them into clients for life.has been an agent for 10years.

Lynda Martin

Lynda is an "All Maritzburg Girl". Having been born and lived here her whole life. She has been in Property Sales for 18 Happy years and has met so many wonderful Clients, both buying and selling. Lynda believes in listening to what the client needs, and being there to assist in ALL the areas of selling and buying. Ryan Culverwell

Ryan has completed his NQF 4 in Real Estate, and although being new to the industry and just having completed school he is doing very well at cultivating clients for life. Ryan is people oriented and enjoys working with clients from all walks of life, from couples buying their first home, to people making an investment in their retirement.

Sandy Fismer

Sandy is a graduate of the Harcourts Training Academy, as she has completed all their courses and has passed the Estate agency affairs board exam. She has most recently completed her qualifications through Harcourts and obtained her NQF Level 4. This is her eleventh year as an estate agent, and she has won numerous awards for her dedication to the industry. In the year March 2006 to Feb 2007 she was the top agent in the company and took third place overall in Natal. Again for the year March 2008 to Feb 2009 she was top agent. She is fit and active so she gets things moving. She has completed 10 Comrades Marathons (achieved one silver medal in 1991& was 11th lady home)also achieved her first Dusi Marathon in Jan 2008. She enjoys the Challenges this career offers, so bring then on, she is prepared to tackle anything.
