I joined the property market in 2005, with Ray Bennin Properties, it was a new challenge for me, so much to learn but I was eager to learn. Now with much more experience and busy with my NQF 4 I have more confidence due to the fact that I know my product. I started with Harcourt A1 in March 2011 and enjoying every minute.

David Allan

I have grown up in the Real Estate business through the teachings learnt from colleagues, attorneys and my mother Di-Allan. From a young age I was exposed to the real estate market and quickly developed a love for the interaction and relationships built between buyers/sellers and agents whilst learning the ropes from my mother, Di-Allan. Customer service has always been a field that has intrigued me from a young age coupled with the priceless experience of assisting others in making life changing moves from property to property and being a part of their triumphs. To date I have productively been working in Real Estate for 6 years and have completed many various studies and national qualifications in Real Estate. I am currently in the process of completing my NQF 5 principals Real Estate qualification to further my knowledge of the property market and continue to strive toward offering higher levels of customer service. With the ever changing experiences we as Real Estate Professionals encounter on a daily basis, my hunger for spontaneity, drive for greater challenges and achievement of success are a daily reality in my life that no other profession could match.
