Etienne Nel

Born and raised in Port Elizabeth. He has worked in the short term insurance industry and Sotheby's Realty for the past 8 years. He completed the estate agents board exam in 2002 as has always had a great passion for property. He is the newest member of the Harcourts Beachfront team, having joined them as rentals consultant. He is highly enthuisiastic, ethical and eager to proactively spearhead the long-term success of Harcourts Beachfront. His exceptional interpersonel skills have enabled him to integrate with his colleagues and clients and develop valuable relationships and foster a spirit of great teamwork

Wanda Russell

She was born and raised in Port Elizabeth and has been married to David Russell for the past seven years. She has been blessed with a son and the unwavering support of her family. She started off in the property industry in 2004 and has been involved in sales, rentals, sectional title management and debt counseling. In April 2011, she made a move to join Harcourts Beachfront as a rentals consultant. Having been a tenant herself and a new homeowner, she understands her clients needs. Having joined an international franchise, she has derived benefit from their streamlined support systems and enjoys being part of their fantastic team. She has good moral values, is honest and works hard. She believes in order to succeed, you need to enjoy what you do every day.

Nikki Strooh

Having completed her national diploma in Travel and Tourism, she started her working career at the Summerstrand Inn Hotel. In 1996 she joined the Pam Golding Properties Franchise division. She then moved to Homenet (now Harcourts), as a regional co-ordinator and was involved in the regional marketing, brand building and training for the group (Eastern Cape and Garden Route). In December 2005, she was offered a position as principal/branch manager for the very successful franchise office of Harcourts Beachfront and has been managing 13 staff in their sales and rentals division for the past 8 years. She has a passion for the industry and excellent service delivery. She believes in the value and benefits of a positive attitude and having a great team.

Charlene van Greunen

“TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED” Having lived in Summerstrand for the past 14 years and being a mother of learners at Pearson High School, I feel confident and happy to promote the area to prospective buyers, thereby achieving the best price for sellers who need to move on or scale down. Since embarking on this career path in July 2010, I have been involved successfully with over R8 million worth of sales. I completed the mandatory NQF4 qualification in 2011 and was the recipient of a silver award from the Harcourts Group in August 2011. Debbie Epstein

Have been an Estate Agent for 11 years specializing only on the Beachfront (Summerstrand/Humewood/South End). Have lived in Summerstrand for the past 43 years. Member of Property Professional Club (Top National 10% of consultants) Passed E.A.A.B. Examination Successfully completed the new requirements of the Estate Agency Affairs Board - NQF Level 4 qualification. 2005 Graduate of the Homenet Training Academy. Member of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa. Have consistently been in the top 20 position national in the Homenet/Harcourts group on Sales 2002 - 2003 One of the top 16 National finalists for the Property Professional Awards.

Denise Gillan

Specializing in Port Elizabeth's Beachfront area. Summerstrand Humewood and Southend for 12Years. My success is mainly due to the way I work. I learned long ago if you want to become successful in any business you cannot do it on your own. Networking with past Buyers and Sellers in the Property Market is vital. I focus on 'Great Service' and building a Referral Network. Harcourts has the technology to accomplish this via Email Marketing Database systems and International exposure. Glynnis Hartwig

Studied photography and worked as a professional photographer while raising 3 children. In 2004 I decided to take the challenge and joined a large International Real Estate company in Umhlanga. The change was huge but extremely exciting. In Jan 2009, I joined Harcourts Beachfront. I am totally sold on Beachfront properties and the Summerstrand area and have thoroughly enjoyed specialising in sales in this area. Succesfully obtained the NQF4 qualification. Agent of the Month March 2011.
